Meet Antonette
Antonette Huell, MS, CNS candidate
Antonette’s love for food started in the heart of her childhood home — her family’s kitchen in rural South Carolina. Growing up in a culture where food was central to connection and well-being, she developed an early passion for cooking and a deep respect for the role food plays in everyday life.

That passion led her to pursue a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, where she combined her love of cooking with evidence-based nutrition practices. With years of hands-on experience as a personal chef, Antonette founded Food Theory to help others navigate food with confidence, whether for wellness, performance, or recovery.
